Assad Bassil
Founder, ISO Social
I've spent the better part of a decade on both sides of social media: inside agencies running accounts for other people's brands, and in-house owning a brand's social presence as my own. Most people only ever see one side of that. I've sat in both seats, which is why I don't build campaigns that look good in a deck but fall apart the moment they have to actually run.
I'm not a specialist who's great at one thing and faking the rest. I started ISO Social because I wanted to bring that range, strategy, content, paid, community, all of it, to brands directly, without the layers of account managers most agencies put between the client and the person actually doing the work.
Every account that comes through ISO Social gets me, not a junior handed your brand because I was busy. That's the whole reason this exists as a small, new agency instead of a bigger, slower one.
