Privacy policy

ISO Social ("we", "us") is an independent social-first creative studio based in Dubai, UAE. This page explains what information isosocial.com collects and what we do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we receive the name or brand, email address and message you type in. We do not ask for anything else, and we never ask for payment details or passwords through this website.

If you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we receive whatever you choose to send us there.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and, if we end up working together, to manage that relationship. We do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list without asking.

Services that process it

Contact form submissions are delivered to us by Formspree, a form-handling service. The website is hosted by Vercel, which also optimises images. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google when the page loads. WhatsApp links open WhatsApp, which is covered by its own privacy policy.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. It stores one small value in your browser's session storage so the opening animation only plays once per visit. It is deleted when you close the tab.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and delete them on request.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent us at any time by emailing assadbassil@isosocial.com.
